He was really flexible around our schedules when it came to finding time to look at homes. When we had questions or homes we were interested in, he was quick to respond and to get us the answers we needed (even if that meant going to city hall to find the answers to questions about a property). After our offer was accepted on the house, Todd continued to keep in touch with us and made sure the process kept moving forward in a timely and smooth manner.
