I can’t speak highly enough about my experience with Todd. Recently, Todd sold my 10-year old townhouse and assisted in my purchase of a new construction home. At first, I was unsure if I wanted to buy an existing house or build one. And then there was the question of an existing lot or a builder-owned lot. Todd was very patient and helpful during the entire process. He understands that real estate transactions are an important thing and wants you to find something that fits your expectations.

Todd made the house-buying process a great experience! With a friendly and professional demeanor, he goes above and beyond for his clients. He was really flexible around our schedules when it came to finding time to look at homes. When we had questions or homes we were interested in, he was quick to respond and to get us the answers we needed (even if that meant going to city hall to find the answers to questions about a property). After our offer was accepted on the house, Todd continued to keep in touch with us and made sure the process kept moving forward in a timely and smooth manner.
Todd was awesome to work with and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor who really helps to make the home-buying process enjoyable and relatively stress-free.

Todd sold our home and is helping us with the build of our new home. For our sale, he always provided honest, professional feedback throughout the process on pricing and what it would take to sell. He kept us updated at each phase throughout the selling process. I never had to wonder what was going on which was very important as I am a very service oriented person.
For our build, he has also been there through each phase, even showing us existing homes at our request to make sure of the direction we wanted to go. Never getting upset with us for going back and forth because he wanted us to be sure. Ultimately, we decided building was our only option and he has been an excellent resource throughout the process in helping us stay within our budget. I would definitely recommend Todd to friends and family.
